Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the All Set Pool Services website at allsetpools.com and your subscription to our pool maintenance services. By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
"We," "us," and "our" refer to All Set Pool Services, a home services company operating in Henderson and Las Vegas, Nevada. "You" and "your" refer to the customer, subscriber, or website visitor.
1. Service Description
All Set Pool Services provides subscription-based residential pool cleaning and maintenance services in the Henderson and Las Vegas, Nevada metropolitan area. Our base subscription includes a weekly pool service visit, visit reports with before/after photos, GPS-verified arrival, equipment monitoring between visits, and a monthly pool health report with LSI saturation tracking. We offer two plans: All Set ($149/mo) covers the base service with chemicals and filter cleans billed as needed, and All Set+ ($197/mo) bundles chemicals and two filter cleans per year and includes 15% off any repair we perform.
Our service is designed for ongoing weekly maintenance of pools in serviceable condition. We do not currently offer green-to-clean, one-time restoration, or pool repair services. If your pool is not in serviceable condition at the time of your first trial visit, we reserve the right to decline service or require remediation before beginning regular maintenance.
2. Service Area
Our services are currently available in Henderson and Las Vegas, Nevada. Service availability may vary by neighborhood and is subject to technician coverage in your area. We reserve the right to modify our service area at any time. If your property falls outside our service area, we will notify you and offer a full refund of any prepaid amounts.
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Plans
All Set — $149/month
Weekly full-service visit, before/after photo report, GPS-verified arrival, equipment monitoring between visits, weekly water-chemistry reports, and a monthly LSI saturation index report. Chemicals are billed as used at the disclosed per-visit cost. Filter cleans are quoted in advance ($90 each at the rate disclosed at signup) and only performed with your approval.
All Set+ — $197/month
Everything in All Set, plus weekly chemicals and two filter cleans per year included at no additional charge. All Set+ subscribers also receive 15% off any repair we perform for as long as the subscription is active. Specialty treatments (algaecide, shock, stain treatments) are still billed as used at our supplier-based price, with your approval.
Auto-handle limit
During signup you may set an "auto-handle" spending limit ($0, $50, $100, or $200 per occurrence) authorizing us to handle minor issues without contacting you first. Anything above your chosen limit is always quoted in writing before any work begins.
Price changes
Pricing is subject to change. We will provide at least thirty (30) days' written notice before any price increase takes effect on your subscription. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel in accordance with Section 7.
Legacy and promotional rates
From time to time, we may offer promotional, legacy, or early-customer rates. Customers who enrolled before June 1, 2026 may have a separate $149/month rate lock honored under the terms communicated at their original signup. These promotional terms remain in effect for the duration specified at the time of enrollment.
4. Free 2-Visit Trial
Every new subscription begins with a free 2-visit trial. At signup, a valid payment method is collected and authorized, but no charge is processed. The trial covers two full weekly service visits delivered on the same schedule as our standard service. Your first trial visit is scheduled per technician availability in your area, typically within five to seven days of enrollment.
On day 15 after enrollment, your first monthly subscription charge is processed at the rate you configured (base subscription plus any add-ons you bundled). There is no separate trial fee, signup fee, or activation fee.
If you cancel at any time before day 15, your subscription ends with no charge, no contract, and no penalty. The trial visits already delivered are at our cost.
5. Billing and Payment
- All subscriptions require automatic payment (autopay). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the base subscription and any bundled add-ons you have configured.
- Your monthly subscription is billed on the same day of each month, beginning on day 15 after enrollment.
- Variable charges (chemicals billed as used if not bundled, approved filter cleans, one-off services, and any work above your auto-handle limit) are quoted to you in writing before the work is performed. With your written approval, these charges are added to your next monthly invoice or billed separately as a one-time charge.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers through our secure payment processing partners.
- A processing surcharge may apply to certain payment methods, as permitted by applicable law. Any surcharge will be disclosed at the time of payment.
- If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge in accordance with our payment processor's standard retry schedule. If payment cannot be collected after a reasonable period, your service may be suspended until the balance is resolved.
- You are responsible for maintaining current and accurate payment information in your account, which you can update through your customer billing portal.
6. Subscription Term
Subscriptions are month-to-month with no minimum commitment and no early termination fee. After your free 2-visit trial concludes on day 15, your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
7. Cancellation Policy
- To cancel, contact us at service@allsetpools.com or through your customer billing portal.
- Cancellation before day 15 (during the free trial): You may cancel at any time during the 14-day trial window. No charge is processed and no contract is formed.
- Cancellation after day 15 (month-to-month subscription): You may cancel at any time. Service continues through the end of your current paid billing period; we do not prorate or refund a partial month already billed.
- Approved variable charges (chemicals billed as used, pre-approved filter cleans, one-off services) incurred before your cancellation date remain due.
- If we terminate your service for cause (e.g., unsafe pool conditions, access issues, non-payment), no refund of any prepaid amounts will be issued.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Access: You must provide safe and unobstructed access to your pool and equipment during scheduled service days. If our technician cannot access your pool, the visit will be marked as skipped and no credit will be issued.
- Pool condition: Your pool must be in serviceable condition for regular maintenance. Pools with significant structural damage, active leaks, or non-functioning equipment may require repairs before service can begin or continue.
- Pets and safety: Pets must be secured during service visits to ensure technician safety. We reserve the right to skip a visit if a technician feels unsafe on your property.
- Communication: You agree to maintain a current email address and phone number on file for service communications and billing notifications.
9. Photo and GPS Consent
By subscribing to our services, you consent to the following as part of our standard service delivery:
- Photographs: Our technicians photograph your pool before and after each service visit. These photos are used for visit reports sent to you, quality assurance, and internal record-keeping. Photos are not shared publicly or used for marketing without your separate written consent.
- GPS verification: Technician devices record GPS location data to verify visit arrival and departure at your property. This data is used for service quality assurance and is not shared with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Independent Contractors
Pool maintenance services are performed by independent contractor technicians engaged by All Set Pool Services. These technicians are not employees of All Set Pool Services. While we set service standards and quality requirements, technicians control the manner and method of performing their work. All service is represented under the All Set Pool Services brand pursuant to contractual agreements with our technicians.
11. Service Guarantees and Limitations
We strive to maintain your pool in excellent condition through regular weekly service. However:
- We do not guarantee specific water chemistry results, as pool conditions are affected by many factors outside our control including weather, usage, equipment condition, and environmental factors.
- Service visits may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing equipment failures, structural issues, or damage caused by factors unrelated to our service.
- If you are unsatisfied with a specific service visit, contact us within 48 hours and we will schedule a follow-up visit at no additional charge.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nevada law:
- All Set Pool Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of our services or website.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for damage to pool equipment, surfaces, or landscaping caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or third-party actions.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All Set Pool Services, its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or any negligent or wrongful act on your part.
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at service@allsetpools.com. We will make a good faith effort to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Clark County, Nevada, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of All Set Pool Services or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.
17. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use of the website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or any systems or networks connected to our website.
18. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes affecting your membership or pricing, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice by email. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and All Set Pool Services regarding your use of our website and services. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or communications regarding the subject matter herein.
