Business Transfers

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. After account closure or membership cancellation, we retain records for up to three (3) years as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain accurate business records. Payment records may be retained longer as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

Pool service photos and chemical records are retained for the duration of your membership plus one (1) year after cancellation.

Payment information is processed through PCI-compliant payment processors and is never stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
