- GPS data: our service technicians use GPS-enabled devices to verify visit arrival and departure times at your property
- Photographs: technicians take photos of your pool before and after service visits as part of our visit reporting system
- Chemical and equipment data: water chemistry readings, chemical dosing records, and equipment condition assessments from each visit

- Service delivery: scheduling and performing pool maintenance visits, generating visit reports, tracking chemical balancing history, and monitoring equipment health

Service Providers

Service Technicians
Our independent contractor technicians receive your property address and relevant service information necessary to perform pool maintenance at your location. Technicians are bound by confidentiality provisions in their service agreements.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business Transfers
If All Set Pool Services is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. After account closure or membership cancellation, we retain records for up to three (3) years as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain accurate business records. Payment records may be retained longer as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.
Pool service photos and chemical records are retained for the duration of your membership plus one (1) year after cancellation.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Payment information is processed through PCI-compliant payment processors and is never stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Each program requires separate, independent consent collected through distinct checkboxes in our website chat widget. Consent to one program does not imply consent to the other, and neither is shared with third parties. Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchase or service.
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. All service agreements must be entered into by an adult property owner or authorized representative. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete that information.
